Festivals set their own entry fees, shown before you pay. Payments are processed by our payment provider. Refunds are handled according to each festival's policy and applicable rules.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the platform, attempt to disrupt it, or upload unlawful or infringing content. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.

6. Changes to the service

We may update the platform and these terms over time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes.
